The goal of this project was to design an interactive workbook for the board of directors to use during their annual retreat and as a year-round resource for community engagement. The booklet featured creative elements such as coloring pages, dedicated note-taking sections, and a custom bingo card to encourage participation and connection.
User Conference Agenda Workbook
Client: Zartico
To enhance the attendee experience and support active note-taking, we designed an interactive agenda accompanied by a creative kit featuring colored pencils, a pen, and a combination ruler/fidget tool. This agenda successfully gave people an opportunity to take notes, know the schedule, and also gave them a fun space to color while they listened.
Annual Meeting Agenda Workbook

This interactive, workbook-style agenda was designed to serve as both a conference guide and a personal companion for attendees. Blending functionality with creativity, it provided key event information alongside thoughtfully designed spaces for note-taking, reflection, and engagement. The result was a keepsake-style resource that made it easy for participants to capture insights during sessions and revisit them long after the conference ended.
